Tapo UK Store Review Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is TP-Link UK Ltd, company number 07205003, with its registered office at TP-Link National Distribution Centre UK&I, Unit 2, Greenham Business Park, 1 Jones Drive, Thatcham, RG19 6AE (“Promoter”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This prize draw is operated in connection with the Tapo UK Store website at https://uk.store.tapo.com (“Tapo UK Store”).

2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over who:
a. have purchased a product directly from the Tapo UK Store;
b. receive a review request email sent via Yotpo; and
c. submit a genuine product review for a Tapo UK Store purchase during the Entry Period.
This prize draw is not open to residents of the Republic of Ireland.
Customers who purchased Tapo products from Amazon, Argos, Currys, other retailers, marketplaces or third-party websites are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
The prize draw is not open to:
a. employees, officers, contractors or agents of the Promoter;
b. employees, officers, contractors or agents of any agency, supplier or third party involved in administering the prize draw;
c. immediate family members or household members of the above; or
d. anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
The Promoter may require proof of age, identity, residence, purchase and eligibility before or after awarding the prize.
3. Entry Period
The prize draw opens at 00:00:00 UK time on 1 July 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 31 July 2026 (“Entry Period”).
The Promoter may decide to run a further monthly review prize draw after the Entry Period. Any further prize draw may be subject to separate or updated terms and conditions.
Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible for this prize draw.
4. How to Enter
Eligible customers will be invited by email to leave a review of a product purchased from the Tapo UK Store. Review request emails are sent via Yotpo.
To enter the prize draw, eligible customers must submit a genuine product review during the Entry Period.
Each eligible review submitted during the Entry Period will count as one entry into the prize draw.
If an eligible customer submits reviews for more than one product during the Entry Period, each eligible review will count as a separate entry.
Text reviews, photo reviews and video reviews will be treated equally for the purposes of entry, provided that the review is eligible and complies with these terms and conditions.
Automated, bulk, fake, copied, fraudulent, offensive, unlawful, misleading or otherwise inappropriate reviews will not be eligible for entry.
Reviews rejected or removed through Yotpo moderation, or otherwise rejected by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions, will not be eligible for entry.
5. Genuine Reviews and Incentivised Review Disclosure
Entry into the prize draw is offered as an incentive for submitting a genuine product review.
The incentive is for submitting a genuine review only. Entrants are not required or encouraged to submit a positive review. Reviews may be positive, negative or neutral. The content, rating or sentiment of a review will not affect the entrant’s chance of winning.
Reviews submitted as part of this prize draw will be marked as incentivised before publication. In Yotpo, eligible prize draw reviews will be marked using the “Coupon” incentivised review label.
The Promoter may also publish additional wording on the Tapo UK Store website explaining that incentivised reviews may have been submitted by customers who were offered entry into a prize draw for a Tapo UK Store voucher.
The Promoter reserves the right to moderate, reject, remove or withhold publication of reviews where reasonably necessary to prevent fake, misleading, unlawful, offensive or non-compliant content. The Promoter will not reject or remove a genuine review merely because it is negative.
6. Prize
There will be one winner.
The prize is one £100 Tapo UK Store voucher, issued as a unique single-use discount code for use on the Tapo UK Store website at https://uk.store.tapo.com.
The discount code:
a. is valid for 6 months from the date of issue;
b. is single-use only;
c. may be used only on the Tapo UK Store website;
d. may be combined with other promotions, unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the relevant promotion terms;
e. cannot be exchanged for cash;
f. is non-transferable and non-refundable;
g. cannot be used retrospectively against previous purchases;
h. cannot be used after its expiry date; and
i. is subject to product availability and the Tapo UK Store Terms of Service.
If the total order value is less than £100, no cash, credit or balance will be returned. Any unused balance will be lost.
If the total order value exceeds £100, the winner will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
The Tapo UK Store currently offers free shipping on eligible orders over £29.99. Delivery options and thresholds may be subject to change and will be shown at checkout.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected from all eligible reviews submitted during the Entry Period.
The draw will take place within 10 working days of the end of the Entry Period.
The Promoter will export all eligible reviews submitted during the Entry Period, assign each eligible review a unique number, and use a random number generator to select the winning number.
The draw will be run internally by Jack Wood on behalf of the Promoter.
The Promoter will keep reasonable records of the eligible entries, numbering process, random number generation process and winner selection for audit and compliance purposes.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law or applicable regulatory guidance.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with their Tapo UK Store order or Yotpo review submission.
The winner does not need to respond in order to claim the prize. The prize will be sent directly to the winner by email as a unique single-use discount code.
The Promoter will send the discount code within 10 working days of the draw taking place.
If the prize notification email or discount code email is returned as undeliverable, or if the Promoter reasonably believes that the winner is ineligible or has breached these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same random selection process.
The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to receive the discount code caused by incorrect email details, email filtering, spam settings, inbox restrictions or other technical issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
9. Winner Information and Publicity
The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county or region of the winner where required for prize promotion transparency.
Entrants may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting customerservice.uk@tp-link.com. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent authority where required.
Any other publicity, including photographs, interviews, testimonials, social media content or fuller winner details, will only be used with the winner’s consent.
10. Personal Data
The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, delivering the prize, maintaining prize draw records, responding to queries or complaints, and complying with legal or regulatory obligations.
Review request emails are sent via Yotpo on behalf of the Promoter.

Entry into the prize draw does not require entrants to consent to receive marketing communications. Entrants will not be added to marketing mailing lists unless they have separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or review where it reasonably believes that:
a. the entrant has breached these terms and conditions;
b. the review is fake, misleading, copied, automated or not based on a genuine customer experience;
c. the entrant has submitted false, incomplete or misleading information;
d. the entrant has attempted to manipulate or abuse the review or prize draw process;
e. the review contains unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content;
f. the entrant is not an eligible Tapo UK Store customer; or
g. the entrant has acted in a way that is contrary to the spirit or fair operation of the prize draw.
12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter will not amend the prize draw in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants who have already submitted valid entries during the Entry Period.
13. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for entries, reviews, emails or prize notifications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, undelivered or not received due to technical, network, system, software, hardware, email, platform or other failures outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where they are entitled to bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction as a matter of consumer law.
